Beginning March, CARD AgroService hosted a specialist from Rijk Zwaan, Andrii Galaguria. During his stay in Armenia, Mr. Galaguria together with CARD AgroService specialist paid site visits in Ararat, Armavir, Aragatsotn and Kotayk regions and conducted a number of workshops for 15 greenhouse farmers and owners on the introduction of growing technologies, plant nutrition and improvement of drip irrigation.
The workshops and on-site consultancies were aimed at helping farmers to improve their operations and minimize loses that they faced due to the lack of knowledge and information on plant nutrition and drip irrigation. The refresh knowledge gained will help farmers manage production efficiency and increase production per square meter.
