Our story so far
- 2020Kultiva is founded on 1 June by CARD AgroService CJSC.
- 2022CARD AgroService is renamed Agrovision CJSC, Kultiva's sole shareholder.
- Today134 products from partners in five countries, sold and serviced from 6 locations.
How we are governed
Kultiva CJSC is a member of CARD Group and follows the Group's corporate governance principles. Its sole shareholder is Agrovision CJSC.
Board, audit and ethics
A Director runs the company day to day and reports to the General Assembly, whose role is carried out by the Board of Agrovision CJSC, supported by a Corporate Secretary. Internal and external auditors review the company.
Kultiva is a member of the Armenian Business Integrity Club and has signed the Declaration of Intent for Business Ethics and Compliance in Armenia.
We are working to improve our governance and to contribute to a fair, transparent business environment in Armenia.
